To all our customers, please be aware that on the 28th August 2019 there will be a scheduled maintenance on your Smart App.


This maintenance will take place between 01:00am - 04:00am GMT as part of an essential update on the Cloud related services.

This will mean that during these hours, access to your Smart App will be unavailable however, your security system will still continue to operate as usual and will not be affected, only the App on your Smart Devices.

If your system is monitored, this will also continue to operate as usual and will not be disrupted by the App maintenance. 

All services will be back up and running by 04:00am, if there are any changes, we will make you aware.
